Popular concert to air on WDSC during Christmas

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Dec. 15, 2014) – Daytona State College’s annual “Our Musical Gift to the Community” concert, performed to capacity crowds earlier this month at the college’s News-Journal Center, will be broadcast by WDSC TV 15 several times this month, including on Christmas.

Filmed live during the performances, the concert features the Daytona State Symphonic Band and Concert Choir, along with dance and theater students, in an evening of favorite holiday music and many other surprises. The concert is scheduled to be broadcast for the first time Sunday, Dec. 21, at 10 p.m., repeating Monday, Dec. 22, at 2 a.m., and Thursday, Dec. 25, at 2 and 7 p.m.
