DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 20, 2014) – Both sides of Florida’s medical marijuana topic will be discussed during WNDB 1150 AM’s Marc Bernier Show in the third live radio show hosted by Daytona State College, set for Aug. 28. This special series of Bernier’s radio show focuses on community topics of interest, news, wide-ranging guests and an open forum.

Bernier’s first guests are attorney John Morgan, chair of the United for Care Campaign – an organization in support of legalizing medical marijuana in Florida, and Dr. Stephanie Haridopolos, president of the Brevard County Medical Society and a voice in the Sheriffs Association’s “Don't Let Florida Go to Pot” initiative.

Other guests include a faculty expert from Daytona State College, and a board member of DSC’s Foundation, who will share insights about the fundraising arm of the institution and the annual Gala set for Sept. 18; this year the Gala honors the Bert Fish Foundation and Dr. William Shildecker.
